Christine Hannaway, MD General Surgery, Board Certifed
Dr. Christine Hannaway is a board certified general surgeon with over 10 years of clinical experience. Her particular interests include the surgical treatment of colon and rectal disease, laparoscopic surgery and surgery for the thyroid and parathyroid glands.
Dr. Hannaway is an Associate Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. She attended Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, Virginia, and completed her surgical residency at INOVA Fairfax Hospital.
As a native to the DC Metro area, Dr. Hannaway looks forward to giving back to the community by providing the highest quality surgical care to the residents of Southern Maryland.
Kenneth Leonard, MD General Surgery, Board Certifed
Dr. Kenneth Leonard is a board certified general surgeon who joined Clinton General Surgery after more than 20 successful years in the United States Navy. He brings a wealth of surgical experience in many different areas of general surgery. His particular interests include surgical management of breast, colon, thyroid and parathyroid disease. He has a special interest in minimally invasive surgery including laparoscopic gallbladder surgery and hernia repairs.
Dr. Leonard is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He completed medical school at the George Washington University in Washington DC and received his surgical training in the Navy at the Navy Medical Center in Portsmouth, Virginia.
His compassionate touch, outstanding bedside manner and pleasant demeanor complement his excellent surgical skills.
